Dr. Bach's Rescue Remedy
This stuff really is amazing. I was quite dubious about its effectiveness but after trying it I couldn't believe how much this helps relieve stress. Just a couple drops under the tongue or in a glass of water will help ease stress, even acute stress. I keep a bottle in my purse for those unexpected situations that threaten my peace of mind.
